Social Studies Homework 10/31

We have been working on sections 3-8 since Monday.  You are expected to have these done by the end of class tomorrow.  If you have not made good progress (4-5 sections complete) then you need to take this home to work on it.

Remember to do these in this order:

Read the section in the text
Answer the questions in the packet
Go to Google classroom, watch the video
then answer the question on the Google Doc

ELA homework for Tuesday, October 30th

Work on your personal narratives. A first draft is due this Friday. Read 30 minutes.

Please have all of section 3 complete before class tomorrow.  This includes the reading, packet questions, video, and text/video connections.

Read 30 minutes. Be thinking about a topic for your personal narrative.

Complete the paraphrasing and reacting page in your Springboard book. You only need to choose 4 quotes to paraphrase. Read 30 minutes.

Make sure to read for 30 minutes.

ELA Homework for Thursday, October 11th

Read 30 minutes tonight. If you are reading a book at home remember to bring the title of the book and page number where you leave off to school tomorrow.

Wednesday 10/10 Social Studies

Please have your webs completed for between 4 and 6 words so that we can begin assessments tomorrow.

ELA Homework Wednesday, October 10th

Today you were asked to start viewing your world through the eyes of a writer. Pay attention to sights, sounds, smells, feelings, etc. Write down at least 3 observations that you make as a writer. Be prepared to discuss these during tomorrow's class.

Make sure you find 30 minutes tonight to read.

Math Homework Due 10/12

Your homework for the week of 10/09 is up on Google Classroom. I will be handing out hard copies in class on Tuesday.  Remember, it will be due on Friday.

ELA Homework for Thursday, October 4th

Your homework tonight is to complete your 30 minutes of reading. If you read beyond your 30 minutes by 10 minutes or more make sure you track this on your October Reading Challenge chart. If you haven't finished your lit letter make sure this gets done.
