How do I turn in my math assignments?
  1. Make sure your name, date, page number, and problem numbers are at the top of the page.
  2. If there was a problem you did not understand, find time to ask a peer, Mrs. Beals, or someone who may know. If you exhaust all these options, circle the problem number and Mrs. Beals will talk to you about it when the homework is graded.
  3. Place assignment in the correctly labeled box.

Introductions

Dear Students,

I am so pleased to meet you all, and I must say, what a terrific beginning of the year. I feel like I am the luckiest teacher alive to have such a terrific group of seventh graders to work with. A little about me...

My spark, one of them, is swimming. Love it and live for it. Another spark...my grandchildren who make me laugh and a lot! I am married. I live in Milbridge. My favorite reading genre is fantasy and one of my fav authors is Terry Brooks. I have some of his books in our library. Another thing about me I'd like you to know is I'm married to my childhood sweetheart! It's true.

One of my goals in school this year is to read aloud to you all more often.

So tell me a bit about you.

Sincerely, Mrs. Leighton
